Note this is Xinghai Conservatory's concert hall in HEMC/Daxuecheng, *not* Xinghai Concert Hall on Ersha Island. Also featuring works by Jacob TV, Pierre Stordeur, Sofia Gubaidulina, Anna Thorvaldsdottir, and John Luther Adams. Chinese society tends to be conformist, so it's refreshing to find places like this where people make beautiful things for the love of it. I like to play in this sort of space.
